Linux, Libertarians, and Antitrust
There are many libertarian arguements, both moral and consequential, against antitrust laws. One consequential arguement is that they are not needed because unless there is government intervention, a company can not create or maintain a monopoly position unless it offers the best product at the best price. However, Linux's success on the x86 platform, counterintuitively, undermines that arguement.
